Project Profiles

E&I Interconnection of Subsea Flowlines This project for the Triton and Goldfinger fields is in the Gulf of Mexico at Mississippi Canyon Block 773, in ultra-deep water depths over 5,000 feet. The Triton and Goldfinger fields were satellite discoveries developed as subsea tie-backs to facilities at the Devils Tower SPAR platform. read more »

Ethlyne Quench Water Cleanup The Saudi Kayan-Olefins Project, a joint venture of SABIC and Al Kayan Petrochemical company, is currently under construction in Jubail Industrial City in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Concerned with how to safely and environmentally process the heavily contaminated ethylene quench water from the Olefins unit, Saudi Kayan selected the NATCO DOX technology, Dispersed Oil Extraction Process. read more »

Heavy Crude Dehydration Retrofit Advanced technology and processing equipment is critical to effectively process the heavy crude from the Metapetroleum Field, CPF-1, in the Llanos Basin, southeast of Bogota, Colombia. Offshore CO2 Removal Membranes System The Offshore CPOC production platform, in the Malaysia- Thailand Joint Development Area (JDA) Block B-17, is designed to process 650 MMSCFD Inlet gas, and must reduce the CO2 from 43% inlet content to 23% sales gas content. Carigali-PTTEPI Operating Company SDN BHD (CPOC) selected NATCO Cynara membrane technology for this important project. read more »

Offshore Custody Transfer Measurement This project is Nigeria's largest deep-water development to date. Water depths descend to 4,900 feet. The field is expected to reach plateau production of 250,000 barrels of oil per day by late 2009. Chevron, StatoilHydro, and Petrobras are partners in the field that lies 68 miles off the Nigerian coastline. read more »

Offshore Water Clean-up and Containment The platform in Offshore West Africa, in Angola's deep water Block 14, is expected to come onstream in 2009 and reach peak production of 100,000 bpd of crude by 2011. read more »

Produced Water Treatment The Anadarko Salt Creek Production Facility is an Enhanced Oil Recovery facility treating oil production from a CO2 flood. The target production is 6,400 BOPD associated with 64,150 BWPD and 14.8 MMSCFD gas. At the production site, manifold locations separate CO2 gas from the produced liquid stream at 400 psig. The liquid stream then flows to the treatment equipment. read more »
