TRIDAIR™ VERSAFLO™

The Tridair VersaFlo is a breakthrough in vertical column single-cell IGF design targeted for offshore floating structures where space is limited. A proprietary inlet device pre-coalesces oil droplets, removes gas slugs, and evenly distributes inlet fluids. A lower downward water velocity promotes higher separation efficiency. The powerful Radial Eductor™ achieves efficient flotation by generating small gas bubbles that are evenly distributed over the entire crosssectional area of the system. The two-stage oil skimming system allows the VersaFlo IGF to operate under severe dynamic conditions.

NATCO’s Tridair VersaFlo IGF is designed to meet stringent discharge levels and allow highly efficient removal of insolubles and solids, while preventing emissions of VOCs and other explosive gases.

NATCO’s Tridair VersaFlo IGF units remove both free oil and dispersed oil. They are effective in treating industrial waste water effluents from production sites, refineries, petrochemical, chemical, and natural gas processing plants, removing over 90% of all free or dispersed hydrocarbons 3-5 µm and larger, while minimizing chemical use.
